About Nail Polish
Removing Nail Polish:
Most manicurists believe the best way to remove polish is to place
cotton on an orangewood stick and douse it in remover. This easily
configured instrument will give you the most control since, as ensure that
as little remover as possible hits the cuticle.
Choosing a Nail Polish Remover
There are tons of removers from which to choose. Those that contain
acetone take off the polish quickly but can possibly dehydrate your
cuticles. You might want to go this route if you are trying to remove
bold, deep or bright shades of nail lacquer. You might want to try a
non-acetone based remover. Either way, make sure to moisturize thoroughly
afterwards with a Nail Strengthening or Cuticle Minimizing Cream.
